Christine (Baker of Mooz) was diagnosed as a Coeliac in her late 20's.  At this time there wasn't much to choose from that was fresh and delicious.  

So she decided to bake fresh a few of her favourite recipes which include cupcakes and biscuits.

 

At Mooz, we love to support those who are living with Coeliac Disease, or those that are caring after someone with Coeliac Disease or living a Gluten-Free lifestyle. Or maybe it is someone in your office that has an allergy and its your turn to supply the office treats. Weddings are also another place where we have that one guest with allergies and don’t want them to miss out at the dessert table.
