Terms of Service — Mooz Gluten Free

1. General By shopping at moozglutenfree.com.au, you agree to these terms. Mooz Gluten Free is an Australian business selling gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods online.

2. Orders & Payment All prices are in AUD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

3. Shipping We currently do not ship our product within Australia.  Risk of damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.

4. Refunds & Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 1 hour with a photo for a replacement or refund.

5. Allergen Disclaimer Our products are made in a facility that handles gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Customers must review all ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. Mooz Gluten Free is not liable for reactions where allergen information was provided.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, and branding — is owned by Mooz Gluten Free.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
