Shipping & Returns

We are unable to accept return of baked goods due to change of mind. We bake your order fresh for you.  Once the baked goods have left the studio, they are unable to be returned/refunded.  

If this product doesn't meet the quality standard of Mooz, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your goods.

Collection/Pick-Up

We currently don't offer shipping/delivery with Mooz.  It is your responsibility to collect your order on the nominated day.  Customers are unable to change their order once payment is placed and completed online.  All orders placed online are available for PICK UP only from For The Love Of Hair Creative Studio, 53 Sydney Street, Mackay.
